The way I photograph, I focus on real moments.
I won't put you two into awkward poses and have you smile at the camera for hours. I give you light direction & keep you interacting to document your love and get genuine connection.
I can take beautiful images- put you in-front of a pretty location, pose you, your cheeks hurt from forced smiles, but that's just not who I am. Together we will create MAGIC. Images that you look back on, reflect, and can remember exactly how you felt in that moment.
I'm not going to make you put your hand on your hip, turn to the left just slightly, and smile, all while making sure my assistant is making sure your dress is perfect. If you want a photographer to show up and get your typical posed smiling "perfect" shots, we may not be the best fit.
If you're shy, then a prompt that I might give is to have you two cuddle up and whisper one reason why you love each other. If you two are extroverts, then a prompt might be to play tag, and get as loud as you can all while chasing and tackling your partner down!
But these photos will be true to you!

The best thing I can do as your photographer is to make sure we’re the right match. You may be here because you love my style or feel drawn to my photos, and that truly means the world to me. But there’s more to this than just beautiful pictures—there needs to be a connection. Together, we can create images that don’t just look good, but that feel like you.
Over the years, I’ve learned that I’m not the perfect fit for everyone, and that’s okay. I’m confident I can create beautiful images for most people, but to create the magic—the kind that truly reflects your love and connection—we have to vibe.
I genuinely get invested in every couple I work with. I’m not here to just take photos. I want this to be a meaningful and memorable experience.
Most of my couples come to me saying, “We’re so awkward in front of the camera” or “We hate getting our photo taken.” But by the end of the session, they’re laughing, relaxed, and telling me how easy and fun it was. That’s exactly what I want for you—to feel comfortable, to have a great time, and to walk away with photos that tell your story in the most sincere way.
